Mount Nelson Chef whips up Hollandaise in the Thermomix
This is not just another kitchen appliance this is magic - well that is definitely my thought when I saw the Demo that the Thermomix team did for us: sorbet in seconds, bread dough in 2 minutes (and the best is seeing wheat made into flour right before my very eyes), risotto in minutes and custard made from eggs and milk (no custard powder)

The Thermomix can do the following:
• Weighs- with built in electronic scales
• Mills and grinds-all grains into flour, coffee beans, seeds and nuts, sugar into icing sugar, spices
• Grates-cheeses, including parmesan, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, chocolate
• Kneads-breads, foccacia , brioche, pizza dough, scones, pastry dough
• Whips-egg whites, cream, butter, cake icing
• Crushes-Ice, sorbets, ice cream, cocktails
• Minces-all meat, fish ,fruit
• Chops-fruit, vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger , herbs
• Blends-soups, smoothies, milkshakes
• Cooks-stews, soups, sauces, custards, pulses, curries, pasta, risotto, custard, baby food
• Steams-vegetables, rice, fish, chicken
• Prepares-pates, salads, dressings, cakes, spreads, hot and cold drinks
• Wash itself too!!!!
